Drive down Wisconsin Ave toward the water. Turn right at the waterfront (the building on the righthand side is the Waterfront Center), then make an immediate right into the parking garage.
Take the elevator up to the 6th floor; our suite is the first door on the right.
Please note: the garage is privately operated and charges apply. Street and metered parking are also available nearby; we recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park.

Most patients begin noticing meaningful shifts within the first few months. Your provider continuously refines your plan so your progress is steady, supported, and aligned with your goals.
Indigo Health Clinic operates outside of insurance networks. Many patients choose to use their out-of-network benefits and may receive partial reimbursement for visit fees. We provide superbills for visits only that you can file with your insurance for direct reimbursement if they cover out-of-network providers.
Please note:
Most patients prefer completing labs through their insurance’s in-network laboratory such as Quest or LabCorp. Please share your preferred lab so we can route orders appropriately.

Some specialty labs are self-pay only. Pricing is shared with you in advance.
Specialty tests are billed directly to you and may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement or FSA/HSA use. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the test. Your provider recommends only clinically meaningful testing.
Many patients use FSA or HSA funds for visits, qualified testing, and supplements. Coverage varies by plan.
A credit card on file is required during onboarding in addition to your FSA/HSA card.

Yes. If your PCP is willing, they may order some or all recommended labs. Certain advanced markers may need to be routed through our specialty partners.
Many patients receive partial reimbursement for visit fees. Coverage differs by plan, so please check directly with your insurer.
These services are typically not reimbursable. Superbills are not provided for these services.
All provider visits are fully virtual for your convenience. IV Therapy sessions take place in our Washington, D.C. clinic.

Yes. Anyone you trust to support your care is welcome to join, as long as you’re present and have given your consent.

For new concerns, we offer same-day or next-day acute visits for existing patients.
To give you the most accurate and meaningful guidance, we release all lab results on the day of your scheduled Follow-Up visit — not earlier.
This ensures your provider can walk you through the findings in context, explain what matters (and what doesn’t), and outline clear next steps. Reviewing results without interpretation can create unnecessary confusion or worry, especially since many panels return in stages.

To ensure your safety and deliver the highest level of personalized care, we require timely follow-up visits for all prescriptions, including hormones and ongoing medications.
These visits allow your provider to monitor your response, adjust dosing as needed, and ensure that treatment remains appropriate and effective.
If a follow-up is overdue, your prescriptions may be paused until we’re able to reconnect and review your progress.
