The Foundation stage is all about getting you out of “crisis” and treating the root cause of any ailments. At this stage, Indigo gets to know you and understanding the issue at hand through the best lab testing available. Also we make a treatment plan to get you on a path of healing.

Investment of $1100 for 4 visits

The first visit at Indigo Integrative Health Clinic is where we get to know you. By spending 90 minute with your practitioner, you will feel listened to and heard. During this visit the practitioner will review your past medical history, current symptoms and physical exam. The aim here is to get to KNOW you and see the big picture. At this point the Indigo practitioner may suggest supplements and labs to start the healing process.After the first visit you will be recommended certain labs to UNDERSTAND your physical make up. This may involve blood, saliva, stool, or urine samples. This is where we get a more complete understanding of what is going on in the body.Once your lab results are in we have a Follow Up appointment where we go over your unique make up, find the problematic areas and create an individualized PLAN that is appropriate to your lifestyle.The next visit (In clinic or by phone), 3 weeks later, we see how well you are taking ACTION and go over the treatment plans effectiveness and make adjustments if needed. After this visit the patient and practitioner will decide when the next visit will be, depending on the desired outcome.
