What is HeartMath?

How do I do HeartMath?

There are a dozen ways to use biofeedback that measures HRV for objective measurements to improve our subjective feelings and physical performance.

Sessions are practiced for 3-5 minutes several times a day. Training involves 4 sessions with a coach and orientation to a biofeedback device that tracks your progress and works with your smart phone.

Participants report positive effects in as little as 4-6 weeks and this has a carry-over effect to other aspects of life. Additional daily practice is proven to be durable over time.

How is HeartMath different from meditation?
