Indigo Health Clinic operates outside of insurance networks. Many patients choose to use their out-of-network benefits and may receive partial reimbursement for visit fees. We provide superbills for visits only that you can file with your insurance for direct reimbursement if they cover out-of-network providers.

• We do not offer insurance billing or claims submission.
• Coverage for out-of-network care varies by plan; please contact your insurer for details.

Most patients prefer completing labs through their insurance’s in-network laboratory such as Quest or LabCorp. Please share your preferred lab so we can route orders appropriately.

Our providers have formally opted out of Medicare.This means:

• We cannot bill Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
• Claims cannot be submitted for reimbursement.
• Patients with Medicare receive care through self-pay visits and sign a required opt-out agreement.

Yes. If your PCP is willing, they may order some or all recommended labs. Certain advanced markers may need to be routed through our specialty partners.

Many patients receive partial reimbursement for visit fees. Coverage differs by plan, so please check directly with your insurer.

These services are typically not reimbursable. Superbills are not provided for these services.

To give you the most accurate and meaningful guidance, we release all lab results on the day of your scheduled Follow-Up visit — not earlier.

This ensures your provider can walk you through the findings in context, explain what matters (and what doesn’t), and outline clear next steps. Reviewing results without interpretation can create unnecessary confusion or worry, especially since many panels return in stages.

Important notes:

• A Follow-Up visit must be scheduled for results to be released.
  
• Once reviewed together, all results remain fully accessible in your Patient Portal.
  
• For Quest or LabCorp testing, please confirm coverage with your insurance.
• If you have outside labs or records, upload them to your portal before your visit so we can incorporate them into your care.

Yes. We prescribe when medication is the most effective and safest option.
As an integrative clinic, we also address root causes using medical-grade supplements, advanced IV therapies, and targeted natural treatments.

To ensure your safety and deliver the highest level of personalized care, we require timely follow-up visits for all prescriptions, including hormones and ongoing medications.

These visits allow your provider to monitor your response, adjust dosing as needed, and ensure that treatment remains appropriate and effective.
If a follow-up is overdue, your prescriptions may be paused until we’re able to reconnect and review your progress.
