WHAT ARE THERAPEUTIC PEPTIDES?
Peptides are small proteins or snippets of proteins. Each of them work uniquely to signal for specific cellular or physiological processes, rather than to get broken down into amino acids.
Scientists have discovered over 7,000 peptides in nature, many of them naturally occurring in humans. In your body, these peptides orchestrate numerous processes, such as:
- Anabolic processes such as muscle building
- Anti-aging processes, such as autophagy and Sirtuin pathways
- Brain and neurological functions
- Communications between cells
- Hormone production and signaling
- Immune functions
- Metabolic functions
- Mitochondrial function
- Physical and cognitive performance
- Reproduction and sexual health
- Sleep and circadian rhythm
- Wound and tissue healing and regeneration
Therapeutic peptides are made in the lab to function like natural peptides do in your body. They may be identical to the natural version or chemically improved to make them safer or more effective.
Because your body naturally recognizes and works with peptides, they are safe and deliver powerful clinical results when taken at the right dosages, combination, and timing. Depending on your health goals and type of peptides, they may work best orally, intravenously, or through subcutaneous injections. Most therapeutic peptides are administered through subcutaneous injections.
WHY CHOOSE INDIGO’S PEPTIDE THERAPY PROTOCOL?
Peptides are bio-identical small proteins that can deliver potent clinical outcomes if ALL the following critical factors are in place. These are especially important if you’re looking to maximize health and performance or to achieve a health breakthrough.
Doctor-Formulated
It can take a great deal of clinical expertise to design the right personalized peptide protocols for the right health goals. Our therapeutic peptide protocols are developed and based on a deep understanding of human physiology.
The Right Dosage Cycling and Tapering
Without cycling or tapering, your body can get accustomed to the effects of the peptides, so the benefits diminish over time. We build in variability in peptide uses and dosages to maximize the health benefits you get for the money you pay.
Purity
Since you’re injecting these peptides into your body, you want to ensure that they’re free of dangerous contaminants. The more popular a health product category becomes, the more vendors emerge that don’t follow the highest standards, and products may contain unhealthy ingredients or contaminants. Peptides are no exception, especially if you’re purchasing them as research chemicals that can legally contain harmful substances.
Potency
For peptides to work, your products have to have the same potency as indicated on the label. Peptides are more fragile molecules that break down more easily with the wrong handling protocols and heat exposure. So, without careful quality control, you can easily lose potency. In addition to third-party testing, we ship our peptide products overnight on ice to ensure that it reaches you at full potency.
Our peptides come from a cGMP-certified pharmaceutical producer who follows the highest manufacturing standards.
Cofactors
Synergistic stacking is highly beneficial. Many peptides work better or produce longer-lasting results once you provide additional nutrients as building blocks or co-factors. In many of our therapeutic peptide protocols, we add these additional co-factors to boost the peptides’ effectiveness. We also often recommend nutrient IV Therapy to maximize the effectiveness of your protocol.
Convenience
Since most peptide products are available as research chemicals, you’d typically have to calculate the right amounts of water to add and volume to inject in order to get the right dosages. Then, you’ll also have to load the needles with minimal air bubbles.
All of these become even more complicated and cumbersome if you’re using multiple peptides, or if you need multiple injections throughout the day.
Our peptides come in 30-day supplies premixed and loaded in insulin needles ready for injections, so you can skip all the cumbersome steps and be confident you’re getting the right doses.

GHRH/MOD GRF(1-29) with DAC
- METABOLISM
- MUSCLE BUILDING
- SLEEP QUALITY
- ANTI-AGING
What is CJC-1295 and how does it work?
Growth hormone is a natural peptide hormone from your pituitary gland. In young children, it stimulates growth. In adults, it supports muscle mass, fat metabolism, bone health, and heart health. It typically increases during deep sleep in the middle of the night. Also, its levels decline with age, contributing to age-related body fat gain, loss of lean mass, and slowed metabolism.

IGF-1 weakly binds to insulin receptors and may enhance insulin action. In adults, IGF-1 also protects the blood vessels and neurons, making it important for cardiovascular, and cognitive and mental health.
CJC-1295 is the synthetic analog of the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) or growth hormone secretagogue. In a clinical study, CJC-1295 increased growth hormones (GH) by 2- to 10-fold and insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1) by 0.5- to 3-fold over the course of 9 to 11 days.

INDIGO’S PEPTIDE THERAPY COMBO (STACK) PROTOCOLS
Peptides are bioregulators that signal your cells to take certain actions. These actions may require building blocks, nutrients, or other synergistic signals for the peptides to work.
WHY USE INDIGO’S PEPTIDE THERAPY COMBO (STACK) PROTOCOLS
- Reaps synergistic benefits between peptides, both physiologically and pharmacokinetically
- Minimizes side effects and tolerance
- Provides both immediate and long-lasting results
- Maximizes benefits by combining peptides with other nutrients or building blocks
- Minimizes the guesswork of peptide math, mixing, and combining
- Achieves the desired results in 1 – 2 daily injections

Balance
Components:
Nowadays, many people struggle with chronic unrelenting inflammation, either from lifestyle-related causes or chronic immune response to infections. The inflammation could result in obscure conditions such as brain fog, fatigue, irritable bowel, and skin issues.
This Balance peptide protocol helps balance out excess inflammation, protects organs from inflammatory and oxidative damage, and allows your body to heal. BPC-157 and Thymosin beta-4 (TB-500) are also a powerful synergistic combo that supports tissue healing and can often help move past healing stagnation.

Fat Burner
Components:
- Methionine/Inositol/Choline (MIC)
- Methyl B12
- MOTS-c
Fat Burner is a potent combination of fat-liberating amino acids and vitamin B12, along with the mitochondrial boosting peptide MOTS-c. Methionine, inositol, and choline (MIC) help mobilize fatty acids from fat cells and the liver. Whereas, vitamin B12 boosts your energy levels and supports detoxification functions.
MOTS-c is a mitochondria booster peptide with many metabolic benefits that can support healthy weight loss. It promotes insulin sensitivity, improves fat breakdown for energy, and increases calorie loss as heat. Also, many people who struggle with weight and metabolism have sluggish mitochondria, so MOTS-c provides a powerful jump start in combination with MIC and vitamin B12.
Overall, this protocol is a very effective weight loss support together with a sound diet and exercise program.

Fat Loss
Components:
- Tesamorelin (GHRH analog that increases IGF-1)
- CJC-1295/Ipamorelin
- BPC-157
This peptide protocol combines the power of two GHRH secretagogues. Tesamorelin helps with reducing fat between organs (visceral fat), which is the most inflammatory. It also stimulates IGF-1 levels, helping with maintaining muscles. Whereas, Ipamorelin stimulates GH with less appetite-stimulating or activation stress responses. Together, these two peptides synergize to stimulate muscle growth, boost metabolism, and burn fat.
BPC-157 is an anti-inflammatory and regenerative peptide. It can also help balance the gut-brain axis. By healing the gut and supporting muscle recovery from exercise, it can support muscle gain and fat loss.

Indi-Genesis
Components:
Indi-Genesis is our best peptide combination for cognitive function and brain healing. It combines the most powerful anabolic and healing peptides with PE 22-28, a powerful neuroregenerative peptide.
Epithalon is the synthetic pineal peptide hormone that helps lengthen the telomere, allowing more rounds of cell division. It also boosts metabolism, hormone sensitivity, and production in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Most importantly, it stimulates genes for the production of new neurons. PE 22-28 boosts neuronal growth and formation of new synapses, and protects neurons from inflammation and excess glutamate.
CJC-1295 stimulates growth hormone, which supports brain tissue growth, development, and myelination. At the same time, BPC-157 promotes a balanced immune response, supports the gut-brain axis, and heals the gut lining, which is often disrupted in people with brain damage. BPC-157 also has potent healing effects on neuronal tissues and can protect neurons against oxidative damage.

Indi-Glow
Components:
Our Indi-Glow peptide protocol is the ultimate peptide combo for skin health and reversing skin aging. The three peptides in this protocol, BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu have synergistic and complementary tissue-healing benefits. They’re all antioxidants, inflammation-balancing, and regenerative. GHK-Cu attracts immune cells and stimulates the production of collagen and other structural proteins in skin cells, so it can help with fine lines, wrinkles, and hair growth. Whereas, BPC-157 has potent wound- and gut-healing properties. Thymosin beta-4 can control how actin, another type of structural protein, forms in the cells. It also stimulates the formation of new blood vessels and supports wound repair and hair growth.
