HARMONY addresses the need for healthy hormone levels with a robust natural formula that helps maintain a healthy menstrual cycle, as well as healthy progesterone- to- estrogen balance and optimal prolactin levels. The main ingredient in this product is chaste tree berry extract, or Vitex, which has a long history of use in gently supporting hormone balance and has an excellent safety profile.
