Caroline brings both heart and strategy to Indigo Integrative Health Clinic, serving as our Chief Operating Officer and a Board-Certified Health Coach. She’s the driving force behind our mission to deliver truly personalized, root-cause medical care—and to make that care accessible to more people than ever. With a calm, focused presence and a passion for impact, Caroline is deeply committed to redefining what’s possible in patient outcomes.
Before joining Indigo, Caroline served as a clinical provider and educator at Parsley Health, giving her firsthand insight into the inner workings of fast-paced, innovative healthcare start-ups. She blends this operational savvy with a deep understanding of integrative medicine and behavior change.
A JD with a background in international law and extensive training in functional nutrition and endocrinology, Caroline is as comfortable thinking big-picture as she is supporting one patient at a time. She leads with clarity, compassion, and conviction—always with an eye on how to serve our patients with excellence.
Outside the clinic, Caroline stays grounded through the things that nourish her most—challenging Pilates sessions, thoughtful reads, and meaningful time with her daughter.
