Charles brings over 15 years of medical and administrative experience to the Indigo team, combining clinical knowledge with precision, focus, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008, and soon after completed a medical transcription program that launched his career in clinical documentation.

From 2009 to 2016, Charles worked in transcription before transitioning into his current role as a virtual medical assistant and scribe. His background in nursing and his years of hands-on experience allow him to support both providers and patients with calm efficiency and strong attention to detail.

Outside of work, Charles is an avid fan of science fiction, anime, and immersive video games. He’s also pursuing a personal passion for learning Japanese—a testament to his curiosity and lifelong love of learning.
