The Spiralizer

If you haven’t added this spiralizing gadget to your kitchen equipment, now is the time! Using vegetables to substitute grains, even if they are gluten free, is the healthiest alternative. We love the way these vegetables look when they go through the spiralizer and it’s so easy to use.

This spiralizer is a great one, made by Oxo. It has three different cuts- Spaghetti Cut, Fettuccine Cut, and Ribbon Cut. There are many others on the market, find one the fits your needs.

Once you purchase your spiralizer, let’s get spiralizing!
